I've never been a huge dessert person but once in a while, I like a good chocolate mousse. I love the airy texture and the dark chocolate flavor. It's perfect coupled with a cup of expresso... and perfect when I'm in a grey mood.
Et voila... Tada!!!
For me, the kitchen was always the best room in the house, a place of communion, sharing, laughing, pleasure, creation. A place where all my 5 senses could get in action.
I obviously love eating, but more than eating, I love cooking. I love the creation process, that simple ingredients all thrown together can make such sweet music. I love having friends around a table. Food is about sharing.... Hopefully this blog will inspire me to spend more time in the kitchen and have more of those happy gatherings!
